Full Service Wedding Planning and Coordinating


This package is perfect for those who have a busy life or don't know where to start with the planning process. During our initial conversation I get to know you and your fiancé. I work with you every step of the way to tailor and create your dream wedding. I help you located all the vendors and the venue options but you have full control of which ones you hire.

Payment plans are available. A $500 deposit is required to start work. The remaining balance can be paid off in monthly installments.

Wedding Coordinating


This package is perfect for the couple who has already finished all of their wedding planning, and just needs help the coordinating their wedding. I start working with you 60 days prior to your wedding date and finish after your wedding is over. I help coordinate with all the vendors, create and manage your wedding timeline, and will be there to make sure everything goes smoothly.

    Wedding Planning


    • Unlimited phone calls, texts, and emails from the time of booking (during normal business hours).
    • Give professional advice, expertise, and support on all wedding-related matters from the time of booking.
    • Complete, step-by-step wedding planning from the time of booking with monthly check-ins to make sure we are staying on track.
    • Provide updates on the status of your wedding throughout the planning process.


    • Pre-screen vendors to ensure they are available on your wedding date.
    • Recommend personally selected vendors just for you, based on your wedding style and budget.
    • Thoroughly review all vendor contracts and agreements entirely prior to booking vendors.
    • Collect wedding info, review agreements entirely, troubleshoot potential issues, and correct them if necessary.
    • Preform an initial walk-through of the venue you are considering (if requested and based on my availability)
    • Accompany you to your menu tasting to discuss the details regarding your dining service (if requested and based on my availability).
    • Accompany you to your cake/dessert tasting (if requested and based on my availability) to discuss the details regarding your cake/dessert.
    • Communicate directly with all vendors and serve as their point of contact.

    • Collaborate on a vision board together with suggestions on color scheme, florals, décor, rentals, etc.
    • Send you reminders for all important events and due dates throughout the planning process.
    • Track wedding guest responses (if requested).

    Wedding Coordinating


    • 60 Days of in-depth coordination leading up to your wedding.
    • Preform 2 venue walk throughs: 1) After a venue is chosen or after hire if venue is already booked to discuss the flow of the wedding, elements that are important to you, etc., and 2) Prior to your wedding day to do a final walk-through of the venue to review your wedding logistics and layout.
    • Create a detailed master timeline for your whole wedding, as well as individual timelines for specific vendors.
    • Review your rentals list and help determine appropriate order based on your wedding design, guest count, and menu.
    • Communicate with all vendors to confirm responsibilities and arrival times.
    • Assist with any last-minute details.
    • Coordinate the wedding rehearsal (line up wedding party, cue when to walk, and inform the wedding party of the wedding day timeline).


    • Coordinate up to 12 hours during the wedding day while using the Wedding Timeline to keep the wedding to established timeline. Additional time can be booked at $200 an hour.
    • Provide up to 2 additional team members on the wedding day for guests up to 150. Additional staff may be needed for over 150 guests. Each additional staff needed is $300 per staff member.
    • Oversee vendor arrival, setup, services, and cleanup.
    • Set up and style all décor (favors, name cards, programs, photos, dessert table, etc.).
    • Ensure that all table settings are consistent and presented well.
    • Keep you and your wedding party happy.
    • Serve as the point of contact on your wedding day for vendors, family, & guests.
    • Help with setup and breakdown of your décor.
    • Hand off all of your décor and all gifts to the agreed upon person at the end of the night.
    • Distribute final payments/gratuity to vendors. We do recommend to finish paying all vendors prior to the wedding if possible.

    Prices do not include tasks that other vendors will do including, but not limited to: DIY floral arrangements, cooking/serving/putting away food, managing playlists, cake cutting etc. Please ask for a list of items not covered in packages and prices to add those services.
